"If you are in the midst of creating your budget I cannot stress to you enough the importance of a professional wedding coordinator. Cassandra was everything and more, going above and beyond in all areas. Not only is she just the sweetest person, she is highly organized and asks all the important questions so that nothing is missed. She brings up the things you maybe have not thought of. She creates a minute by minute timeline and leading up to the wedding was in touch with me almost daily. She contacts all the vendors, reviews our contracts and ensures the contract conditions/obligations are met on both ends. She coordinates the vendors to confirm timing and is there to greet them on the day of. Cassandra was there for our rehearsal and ensured everyone knew what they were doing which was so important as we had a friend marrying us who is not a professional commissioner. That and the commissioner had a flight delay due to the Hurricane on the east coast and missed the rehearsal so she had to adjust and with great patience run the rehearsal with our friend facetiming. The next day she was on site by 9am and stayed until 1am completing all set up and take-down. Not only did she coordinate but she also did our wedding design---she came up with the colour pallet and mood board, and tablescapes which were absolutely stunning and matched my vision exactly. White Haven is professional, creative, organized, and goes above and beyond in creating the perfect day that reflects the bride and groom."
